South Coast Improvement Company was honored to be the recipient of a prestigious award from the Design-Build Institute of America – New England for our work with EGA Architects and LCB Senior Living, LLC on The Residences at Great Woods in Norton, MA. We partnered with BLW Engineers and Elliot Weiss to successfully convert a skilled nursing facility into a memory care building while providing new amenity space, an overall refresh, and rebrand of the existing assisted living facility.
