South Coast Improvement Company has been selected by Partners in Housing to provide new construction of the Mendes-Monteiro House in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
The construction of Mendes-Monteiro House is a 7,775-square-foot, 10-unit affordable housing development for seniors who receive services from the Department of Mental Health. The multi-residential development in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts is a new construction of a single-story building consisting of a four (4) bedroom Congregate Housing Group Home and Six (6) One Bedroom Independent Living Apartments with associated site and landscape work.
