You, Me, We! is a 4,000 square foot, shared exhibition experience for families to connect around questions of identity and bias in the world around us. Through interactive experiences, self-reflection, and guided dialog, this exhibition addresses an urgent need in our society to disrupt hate, build empathy, and explore ways to strengthen our communities together.
South Coast Improvement Company redeveloped 4,000 square feet of an existing exhibitor space at Boston Children’s Museum. This phased construction project was completed within a nine-week construction schedule provided the infrastructure for the exhibitors to change the space into a new exhibit.
Careful coordination was required with Boston Children’s Museum and the exhibitors to bring their vision to reality. We were faced with accessibility limitations as well as existing MEP infrastructure conditions within the space. The challenge we faced was to integrate the vision into the space and make it a reality.
It was an amazing transformation and one where the finish product exceeded our expectations. We are grateful to Boston Children’s Museum for providing us the opportunity to be part of such a special project.
This project was a quick turn around of 3 months.
