Seasonal and fast-tracked schedule: completed in 3 months

The Belmont Condominium Trust is a very upscale complex located directly on the ocean in West Harwich, MA. South Coast Improvement Co. (SCIC) was engaged to rebuild the multiple wooden deck on this property. The deck is 8,000 square feet including 600 lineal feet of railing.

As the property is extremely busy in the summer months, contracts required SCIC to complete all structural work over the winter months. We dealt with record snowfall, the worst winter in centuries, and bitterly cold temperatures. Even with these adverse conditions, not only did South Coast meet the contracted deadline but we surpassed it.  We exceeded our expectations and their deadline. The Belmont was open for business the following season.
