South Coast Improvement was hired by STA Architects to perform tenant improvements for their 2,200 square-foot office location at 308 Congress St. Boston MA. 

This interior fit-out project schedule is based on a(n) 9-week continuous non-phased construction schedule.

The general scope of the project consists of the following:

• Selective interior renovation
• Removal of a door, one wall the power in the wall, and floor outlets. 
• Remove and replace light fixtures
• Paint existing walls and GWB ceiling area
• Addition of two new electrical outlets, one relocation. 
• Painted the existing ceiling.
• Painted all walls with IDEA paint and used Air Purifying Technology.
