South Coast Improvement was hired by STA Architects to perform tenant improvements for their 2,200 square-foot office location at 308 Congress St. Boston MA.
This interior fit-out project schedule is based on a(n) 9-week continuous non-phased construction schedule.
The general scope of the project consists of the following:
- Selective interior renovation
- Removal of a door, one wall the power in the wall, and floor outlets.
- Remove and replace light fixtures
- Paint existing walls and GWB ceiling area
- Addition of two new electrical outlets, one relocation.
- Painted the existing ceiling.
- Painted all walls with IDEA paint and used Air Purifying Technology.
