Located in an ideal location on Cape Cod, Serenity at Brewster was a community operated as a nursing home and skilled nursing facility before ceasing operations in 2019. After a robust renovation, Elevation and South Coast Improvement Company brought the vacant property back to life and transitioned it to an affordable 55+ independent senior living community.

Project Highlights included:
