Building on our successful partnership with Palm Beach Day Academy, this project at the Lower Campus reflects the continued trust placed in South Coast Improvement Company through repeat engagements. Following the completion of previous renovations, our team was proud to return and further enhance key learning environments through thoughtful, high-quality upgrades. As we continue expanding our work within the education sector, this project reinforces our commitment to creating functional, durable, and elevated spaces that support both students and faculty.

Project Highlights:
Classrooms: Existing classrooms were refreshed with new flooring and fresh paint, creating a clean and updated learning environment. These upgrades were carefully executed to minimize disruption while enhancing durability for daily student use. The result is a brighter, more engaging space that supports focused learning.

Bathrooms: Bathroom renovations included custom tile installations and upgraded finishes designed for both longevity and ease of maintenance. Attention was given to both function and appearance, ensuring the spaces are practical for high-traffic use while presenting a more modern aesthetic. These improvements contribute to an overall elevated campus experience.

Millwork: Millwork was incorporated throughout the project to enhance both functionality and visual appeal. Each element was designed to withstand the demands of an active school environment while maintaining a refined, cohesive look. The millwork additions support organization and usability within the renovated spaces.
