Hebrew SeniorLife
Randolph, Massachusetts
Total Project Cost: $6 Million

SCIC worked on the expansion of this existing building to include exterior work, new resident rooms, and common areas.

The project included new kitchens and bathrooms for 160 units. Upgrades included new windows, doors, millwork, ACs, and painting throughout. The addition of ADA upgrades, new fire suppression systems, and electrical panels created new apartments for its residents. Common areas received all new finishes, lighting, and flooring and the exterior was building envelope including new siding and windows.

The building was fully occupied during the renovation which required coordination of move-ins and – outs of rooms. This was done in groups of four at a time with a 10-day turnaround. We stayed on schedule for each room block 100% of the time.

The construction of this 160-unit affordable senior property began in October 2020 with a completion date of March 2022.
