Restaurant Build-Out
South Coast Improvement completed a build-out for the new First Watch Cafe in Villanova, Pennsylvania. First Watch is the largest and fastest-growing, day-time only, restaurant concept in the U.S. with more than 280 locations in 26 states.
This build-out began in late February 2016 and was completed in April 2016.
The build-out included:

- Ductwork
- Drywall
- Tiling
- Brickwork
- Flooring
- Paint
