We are excited to announce our partnership with Benchmark Senior Living for the complete occupied renovation of Evans Park, a 30-year-old assisted living and memory care facility in Newton Corner. Our expertise in occupied renovations for senior living and healthcare sectors will ensure that the renovation will be completed with minimal disruption to the residents’ daily lives. 

These renovations will transform and modernize the historic building, repurposing areas of the addition with new amenities, multiuse spaces, and newly designed custom finishes throughout the 91,000-square-foot building. We are reconfiguring common areas to create a modern and open concept, including a bar, bistro, dining room, health and wellness, and commercial kitchen. A new 1,245 square foot temp. regulated solarium will be added for year-round use, complete with custom skylights and a 20′ door opening to the patio, serving as the focal point of the building.

We continue to update 108 resident rooms with new kitchens, bathrooms, and features to make them more accessible and easier to navigate for senior residents. Additionally, we are replacing lighting, fire, and mechanical components throughout the building to ensure it is bright and safe.
