South Coast Improvement Company completed renovation work at Dean College, specifically within the Peirce Science Building. Our team has diligently worked to minimize disruption to the ongoing activities in the occupied buildings on campus, ensuring a seamless transition during the renovation process. This project involved the comprehensive renovation of a Chemistry Classroom, which now features a modern teaching space equipped with state-of-the-art HVAC systems, updated plumbing and electrical infrastructure, and enhanced interior finishes that promote an effective learning environment. 

This renovation project reflects our commitment to excellence and builds upon our history of successful collaborations with Dean College. Previous projects, such as the Ray House Admissions Envelope Restoration and the Math Center Classroom Renovation, underscore our dedication to delivering high-quality work tailored to the college.
