MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARY

South Coast Improvement Company (SCI), a design-build general contractor serving New [ngland and the Mid-Atlantic states, recently finished work on a $2.3M renovation project to construct a medical marijuana dispensary at 1090 West Chestnut Street in Brockton, Massachusetts for Commonwealth Alternative Care.

Other components of the project included an entire mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrade. The exterior of the building received new windows and storefront, as well as signage
