Chatham Bars Inn
297 Shore Rd |
Chatham, Massachusetts
Total Project Cost: $250,000

Chatham Bars Inn first opened as a hunting lodge in 1914. With a commitment to a vision and a sizable investment, renovations began. Chatham Bars Inn became a world-class luxury resort and remains the picture of luxury on the Cape today.

South Coast has recently completed renovations at several locations within the prestigious grounds of the Chatham Bars Inn.

Projects include:

  • Claflin House
  • Hunting Lodge
  • Eldridge and Alden Rooms

The scope of work for these projects included the complete replacement of rotted wood trim, fascia boards, and soffits with the more durable AZEK trim board.

In addition to our previous experience at the Chatham Bars Inn, we have the following projects in review:

  • New Deck upgrades throughout
  • Bowling Alley Conversion

Upon design approval, these projects will be completed during the off-season.
