South Coast Improvement Company was hired to provide tenant improvements at the Cardinal Cushing Centers Group Residence. This fast-paced 22-week, construction project entailed construction of a single-family-style residence. We razed the existing structure on site along with tree removal and land clearing. This project is an out-of-the-ground, new construction of this group home for the Archdiocese
The new residence will be a wood frame style home consisting of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, den, and living room. All new MEPs to include fire protection. The house will be wired for future solar arrays and smart home automation. The exterior will be maintenance-free and have a concrete walkway and patio for the residents to enjoy the outdoor space. The grounds will be seeded, and a new landscape installed.
