South Coast Improvement Company was hired to provide tenant improvements at the Cardinal Cushing Centers, Inc. Group Residence in Hanover, Mass. Our team worked tirelessly on this project, constructing a beautiful, single-family-style residence that will provide its residents with a warm and welcoming environment.
We demolished the existing structure, cleared trees, and prepared the land for a brand-new home. This project involved the construction of a wood frame style residence featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, den, and living room, complete with all new MEPs and fire protection systems.
Not stopping there, the house is also equipped for future solar arrays and smart home automation, ensuring sustainability and modern convenience for the residents. The exterior boasts maintenance-free features, a concrete walkway, and a patio to provide a serene outdoor space for the residents to enjoy. To top it off, the grounds have been meticulously prepared, adding the final touch to this remarkable project.
