Brooksby Village, an Erickson Senior Living community in Peabody, Mass., hired South Coast Improvement Company to provide corridor renovation of 2 buildings, 6 floors in total per building.
The fully occupied Senior Living facility corridor renovation included new flooring throughout, lights, elevator refurbishment, renovation of 2 laundry rooms and 2 bathrooms.
This was a project which required a lot of hands-on coordination due to the fact that it was a fully occupied space. The client had high expectations for the work, and workers on site. To meet these expectations SCIC coordinated daily with the operations team to keep the project on schedule and residents safe.
