We completed another significant renovation project for Sunrise Senior Living. The transformation at Brighton Gardens of Saddle River has enhanced the building’s functionality and created a warm and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.
The refreshed corridors boast updated flooring, modern wall finishes, new ceiling installations, and contemporary lighting fixtures, setting a comforting tone as residents navigate their homes. To improve operational efficiency, we’ve converted several resident rooms into dedicated office spaces for our facilities staff, ensuring they have the resources necessary to support their vibrant community.
Additionally, an open-concept design in the assisted Living section significantly enhances the area’s spaciousness. This includes a delightful new bistro, an inviting living room, a dining room, a front lobby, and a vestibule designed to foster engagement and connection among residents.
For the residents with dementia, renovations on the second floor have thoughtfully transformed the reminiscence area, introducing new kitchen millwork and equipment, upgraded flooring, and improved wall and ceiling finishes, all designed to create a comforting and engaging space. On the first floor, we have expanded activity areas by converting previous resident rooms into vibrant communal spaces, including a revitalized living room, dining room, and servery, featuring a new fireplace, fresh finishes, and modern lighting to foster social interaction and a sense of belonging among residents.
Furthermore, the conversion of two screened porches into valuable living spaces to introduce a stunning atrium that enhances the elegance of the building exemplifies our dedication to enriching community experiences.
