This renovation project at the All American Assisted Living in Warwick, Rhode Island involved transforming a section of the facility into a new memory care wing to enhance the living environment for residents.
The project scope involved demolishing common areas, upgrading interior units, and replacing flooring to create a welcoming space. Additionally, we revamped the Arts and Crafts room into a modern dining hall, complete with kitchen facilities and dining amenities.
We converted the old bar and library into a state-of-the-art multipurpose theatre room, modernizing a resident lounge into a contemporary library, and creating two new lounges on the second floor. Our team revamped and reconfigured multiple restrooms transformed a fitness room into a doctor’s suite, and redesigned the salon, art room, front lobby, and winter garden area to achieve an open-concept design.

We are proud of the transformation achieved and look forward to continuing our collaborative efforts in future projects.
