South Coast Improvement Company is in the midst of work for three CareOne Skilled Nursing Facilities for the second year in a row. Since CareOne’s first experience with the team, they have been impressed with the ability of the team members to produce quality results professionally.
CareOne is a premier full scale senior care provider, administering skilled nursing services to all of its residents. Three locations including Lexington, Concord and Wilmington enlisted the help of South Coast Improvement Company one year ago to begin renovation work that would actively improve the daily functions of the staff, and the important comforts enjoyed by the residents. Today, the team is renovating many highly-trafficked rooms throughout the facilities.
CareOne assigns a new set of resident rooms to renovate on a biweekly basis- including the resident rooms- complete with grab bars and updated fixtures for restroom safety, updated flooring and wall coverings, lighting and more. Everything from the ceiling to the floor in these rooms is included in the upgrade plans, and they are being done fast! The nature of their work provides added obstacles to construction jobs because residents continue to occupy the space throughout the duration of any and all construction work. The team at South Coast Improvement has expert experience working unobtrusively in these sensitive environments, which is a major reason they are so well known in the senior care industry.
In addition to the resident room upgrades, South Coast Improvement Company is working on other important wings of the facilities including nursing stations, chart rooms and medication rooms. Repetitively, the South Coast team has proven to Care One that they can be relied of to perform agile, conscientious and quality work that both adheres to their firm deadlines and unfolds discreetly without disruption to the quality of life promised to the residents by the facilities.
