We partnered with the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District to deliver a brand-new athletic building that enhances student wellness, athletic performance, and community engagement. Completed on time and with minimal disruption to daily school activities, this project represents the district’s commitment to providing modern, high-quality facilities that support both academic and extracurricular growth.

Project Highlights:

Ground-Up Construction: This project was a full ground-up development, transforming an underutilized site on campus into a state-of-the-art athletic facility built from the foundation up.

Collaborative Development: Developed in close coordination with the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District, the project ensured that the design and construction met the specific needs of students, faculty, and the broader community.
