South Coast Improvement successfully completed extensive renovations at Brookdale Cushing Park, a premier senior living community spanning over 100 acres in Framingham, MA. The renovation process was executed in two distinct phases and strengthened our long-standing partnership with Brookdale properties.

We focused on enhancing the living experience for seniors seeking independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Significant transformations include demolishing existing walls to establish an inviting open floor plan highlighted by a stunning double-height fireplace that serves as a captivating focal point. Additionally, we undertook the modernization of all common areas, featuring new flooring, fresh paint, and updated fixtures that enhance aesthetics and functionality.

Moreover, we conducted a comprehensive makeover of two country kitchens, each equipped with new tile, millwork, lighting fixtures, backsplashes, flooring, cabinets, and countertops. These improvements not only elevate the overall ambiance of the community but also provide residents with improved spaces for culinary activities and social gatherings.
