South Coast Improvement Company recently completed extensive renovations at Country Club Heights, an independent living, assisted living & memory care community in Woburn, Massachusetts. The project involved a variety of updates designed to enhance the building’s functionality and aesthetic appeal. A complete exterior painting package was implemented, giving the building a refreshed, modern look. All windows and sliding doors were replaced with new, energy-efficient models that improve insulation and overall design.

The renovation also included the addition of new awnings, providing visual appeal and practical protection from the elements. A full HVAC system upgrade was another key component, featuring the installation of new Air Handling Units and exhaust fans on the roof to ensure a comfortable and healthy living environment for the residents.

One of the most significant updates was the complete demolition and rebuild of the existing Solarium. This space was completely transformed, offering a new, inviting area for residents to relax and socialize.

These improvements have modernized Country Club Heights, creating a more comfortable, energy-efficient, and visually appealing living space for senior residents while enhancing the overall infrastructure and quality of life at the community.
