This year was filled with various milestones for SCIC that I would like to inform you of:

SCIC expanded its operation by opening a second office in Marion, MA that is occupied by estimating and preconstruction departments.
SCIC became nationally licensed as a construction firm, obtaining building licenses in every state east of the Mississippi as well as Louisiana and Colorado.
SCIC promoted Eric Hancock to Chief Operating Officer.
SCIC expanded its internal senior leadership team.
SCIC successfully completed projects in Mississippi and Georgia.
SCIC expanded its client base by working with new operators in the senior living space.
SCIC continued to expand its design build portfolio.
SCIC experienced controlled and measured growth.
SCIC saw 85% repeat business in contracts executed.
