- Expanded Private Accommodations: A total of 78 private long-term care rooms and 40 private short-term rehabilitation rooms were delivered, ensuring greater privacy, dignity, and comfort for residents and patients.

- Enhanced Resident Experience: Soft wall textures, wood-look flooring, and subtle lighting contribute to a calm, home-like atmosphere that promotes comfort and well-being for both residents and staff.
- Safety and Sensitivity in Occupied Spaces: Construction was strategically phased to minimize disruption to residents and staff. A secured staging area ensured safety and seamless operation throughout the renovation.
