South Coast Improvement company was hired by HumanGood for an interior and exterior renovation at Springhouse Senior Living. Our skilled teamtransformed the 2nd through 5th floor common areas into brighter, more welcoming spaces. From new finishes and custom millwork to upgraded building systems and a modern dining servery, every detail was designed to enhance comfort and functionality for residents and staff alike.
Scope of Work
- Common Areas: Installed new ceilings, flooring. Completed with fresh paint & trim.
- Custom Millwork: Installation of custom millwork throughout the community’s interior added warmth & character.
- Electrical & HVAC Upgrades: We upgraded the plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems for lasting & efficient performance.
- Dining Room: Renovated & enhanced the dining room into a modern & more functional space.
In phase 2 of the project, we focused on creating a welcoming exterior environment, with new windows, shutters, sliding doors, fresh paint, and detailed repairs, the building now shines with a clean, inviting presence. This project serves as a testament to our committment to delivering expert renovations to the senior living sector.
