In partnership with the Town of Norwell, we led the renovation of Norwell Town Hall, transforming an existing two-story commercial office into a modern, efficient, & welcoming space for both staff and the community. Scope of Work:

• Creation of a new amenity space for staff and visitors.
• Selective demolition & moisture mitigation.
• Installation of new partitions, ceilings, lighting, ductwork, and custom millwork.
• Integration and reuse of existing systems to support efficiency and sustainability.
• Updated furniture, fresh paint, and refined interior finishes.
• Replacement of exterior building signage.
