South Coast Improvement Company was awarded the construction of a new Aspen Dental facility in Killingly, CT. The exsiting 3,500 S.F. space was transformed into a fully functional dental practice. Renovations encompass new exam rooms, bathrooms, X-ray rooms, reception areas, offices, labs, and waiting rooms. South Coast Improvement worked diligently to meet the requirements of The Aspen Group and deliver a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and staff alike.

Scope of Work

Our team performed comprehensive interior renovations including rough and finish carpentry, framing and installation of new walls and doors, and the integration of new flooring, paint, and acoustical ceiling tiles.
The project also includes extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to meet the specialized requirements of dental operations. Each component was executed with precision to support both the clinical
and comfort-driven needs of the facility.
