Gareth O'Neill
Director of Business Development
Gareth has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Over the years, he has gained invaluable construction experience in Ireland, England, Australia, and the United States. Gareth first joined South Coast in 2016 as a Superintendent and has since held the roles of Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Executive. In the last 5 years as Project Executive, Gareth has been responsible for maintaining client relationships from project inception to project execution whilst working to foster relationships in the industry with prospective clients. His expertise includes, but is not limited to, occupied renovations of senior living facilities and skilled nursing facilities, healthcare, affordable housing, and Commercial Real Estate Development (CRED) along the east coast. Gareth is committed to helping build a pipeline in our vertical: senior living, healthcare, CRED, and education by being active in various professional organizations. Gareth graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from St. Mary’s University Belfast and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Ulster University. He is a Member of ASHA and a Developing Leader in the NAOIP – New England Chapter.
