South Coast Improvement Company (SCIC), a leader in commercial design, construction, and management services, is pleased to announce today that Gareth O’Neill has been promoted to Director of Business Development.

Gareth O’Neill is a Phius (Passive House Institute US) Certified Builder (CPHB) and has eight years of experience focusing on client account management and technical project work, leading a number of successful projects for Education, Healthcare, Retail, and Commercial Real Estate Development (CRED) clients.
As Director of Business Development, Gareth’s goals are to increase company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding SCIC’s brand presence. He will continue to lead cross-functional teams, manage existing partnerships, and evaluate and expand company business goals and strategies.
The Director of Business Development is a member of South Coast Improvement’s Senior Leadership team and reports directly to the President.
