South Coast Improvement Co. was hired by Sterling National Country Club in Sterling, MA to perform interior and exterior renovation of the main clubhouse including a beautiful entrance porte-cochere. 

The New England-style structure clubhouse becomes the refreshing face for this private golf course and special event facility. Guests can now arrive in style and be protected from the elements at the main entry. Features such as the large cupola, hanging chandelier, and adjacent putting green all combine to make this a truly spectacular addition. 

Project Highlights included:

• Demolition of Existing Drop Off Roadway, Fabric Canopies, Dormers, And Siding
• Construction of A New Porta-Cochere, Dormers, and Covered Walkways
• Sitework and Modifications to Access Road and Coordination with All Underground Utilities including fire post indicator valve
