Greenleaf Hall
170 Centre Street |
Milton, MA
Total Project Cost: $165,000

Greenleaf Hall opened in January 1970 when Elizabeth Greenleaf Buck was the Lower School principal, and it includes classrooms and specialty areas for Grades 3 through 6.

We reconfigured existing office space in Greenleaf Hall to accommodate two offices, a staff lounge, a closet, and a new ADA bathroom.

The renovations required a full abatement throughout the facility. In addition to the space reconfiguration, an ADA ramp was installed in the facility corridor. This required structural steel installment in the basement to support the slab under the ADA ramp.

Other work included:

  • Window and structural beam installation in a low bearing interior wall
  • HVAC Installation
  • Shifting and reframing of hallway
  • New wall construction and plumbing installation in ADA bathroom
  • Ceiling demolition and patching at duct-work locations
  • New electrical, paint and flooring for all spaces through out
  • All renovation work at Greenleaf Hall was completed in one month’s duration
