WRENTHAM VILLAGE PREMIUM OUTLETS EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS

This project consisted of a full demolition and renovation of the flagship store at the Wrentham Outlet Mall. South Coast Improvement worked on a short time line with the client, building owner as well as the town zoning board to deliver the following work and meet reopening deadline. At completion of project the client (DKNY) indicated it was one of the smoothest renovation projects he had ever been involved in.

• Installed all new HVAC System
• Worked with town zoning and Fire Marshall to reconfigure and install the Fire Protection system to meet town fire code
• Disassembling, storage and re-assembling of retail rack system
• Complete demolition and reinstallation of all millwork and countertop finishes
• Complete removal of existing flooring and preparation for new floor finish
• Brand new storefront which included exterior facade
