Atria Willow Wood – Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Interior renovation of an occupied two building senior living facility campus with 220 resident units. In the course of the renovation, the city required a pre existing drainage problem addressed in the commercial kitchen. This necessitated digging up the existing pipe that went right down the main corridor of one of the buildings. We successfully coordinated with on site staff to do the work in such a way that was safe to senior clientele and involved minimum disruption.
