PHASE 1 SITE WORK AND CONSTRUCTION

South Coast Improvement completed the construction of a 17,000-square-foot retail building with 5 retail spaces including Hannoush Jewelers. Before the single-story structural steel frame building could go up, the team had to clear land, develop a sewer system, and water system, establish drainage, electrical, and gas services, and create a parking lot and curb.

The building exterior was composed of a combination of brick, stone, granite, EIFS, glass, and metal panels.

Our hardworking team impressed the client by getting a complex electrical service design installed on time for the store opening.

The site work began in May 2015 and the building was completed in December 2015.

PHASE II-FIT OUT

After the construction of the retail building, South Coast Improvement fit out the 4,300 square-foot jewelry store with offices, a customer lounge, an employee break room, a restroom, a jeweler’s room, and a showroom.

The fit-out began in February 2016 and was completed in May 2016.
